We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here’s our policy:
- Unprocessed Orders: If your order hasn’t been processed yet (meaning we haven’t begun preparing it), we are happy to accept returns on a case-by-case basis. To request a return for an unprocessed order, please contact us within 3 days of booking via email at mailto:chainationmail@gmail.com or mailto:info@chaination.org.in. Please explain the reason for your return request in your email.
- Processed Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on processed orders due to the perishable nature of our products.
Additional Considerations:
- We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
- We encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing your order.
